Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 30A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we hereby notify that GEE Limited (the Company) has received letters from Smt. Vidyawati Agarwal Shri Shankar Lal Agarwal Shri Sanwarmal Agarwal Shri Omprakash Agarwal and Shri Umesh Agarwal intimating that the promoters of the Company have mutually agreed to amicably resolve all past issues among the concerned parties through a settlement formalized by way of Consent Terms executed on 19th April 2025.The details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations and as informed to the Board of Directors of the Company in relation to Consent Terms are stated herein.
