Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part-A of Schedule-III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that M/s. Miljon Medi App LLP in which the Company was holding an investment has now been converted into a company under the provisions of Companies Act 2013 and is now known as M/s. Miljon Medi App Private Limited w.e.f. March 29 2025. Consequent to such conversion M/s Miljon Medi App Private Limited has become subsidiary of the Company in accordance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 are given in Annexure A to this letter.
