Globe Civil Projects Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/07/2025 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday July 21 2025 to inter-alia consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31 2025.We would like to reiterate that trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters Directors KeyManagerial Personnel Designated Employees and other connected persons of the Company till completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange(s) for the quarter ended on June 30 2025.
