With reference to the above captioned subject and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulation) we hereby inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on Thursday 14th August 2025 at the registered office of the Company at 2nd Floor 19 Parsi Panchayat Road Andheri (East) Mumbai-400069 the Board inter alia considered recommended and approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2025 together with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
