Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ending on June 30 2025.
