Appointment of Mr. Baldev Singh Kashtwal Company Secretary in Whole-time Practice having C.P. No. 3169 Membership No. F3616 and Peer Review Certificate No. 1205/2021 as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 (five) consecutive financial years i.e. from financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company.The details as required under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31 2024 are enclosed herewith in Annexure -A.
