Designating and appointing Mr. Bhunvesh Sachdeva as Senior Vice President - International Sales for Communication Business Products of the Company w.e.f. May 22 2025 in the category of Senior Management Personnel of the Company in terms of Regulation 16 (1) (d) of SEBI Listing Regulations based on the recommendation of the Nomination Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Company. Mr. Sachdeva is currently serving as Vice President - R&D Communication Business Products in the Company where he leads the R&D initiatives of the Communication Product portfolio and has undertaken several other critical responsibilities over the years.The details as required under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31 2024 are enclosed herewith in Annexure -A.
