SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31 2024 we wish to inform that NSE Sustainability Ratings & Analytics Ltd (NSRAL) a subsidiary of NSE Indices Limited and a group company of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd has assigned an overall Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Rating of 63 to the Company for FY24 vide its report received by the Company on July 08 2025. Please note that the Company has not engaged NSRAL for ESG Rating. NSRAL has independently prepared the report based on data pertaining to the Company available in the public domain.
