In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31 2024 we wish to inform that Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Ltd (CERAL) a wholly owned subsidiary of Crisil Ratings Limited has assigned an overall Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Rating of Crisil ESG 55 to the Company for FY25 vide its report received by the Company on September 24 2025. Please note that the Company has not engaged CERAL for ESG Rating. CERAL has independently prepared the report based on data pertaining to the Company available in the public domain.
