In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we hereby submit a copy of the Earnings Presentation inter-alia on the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2025 of the Financial Year 2025-26 both on Standalone and Consolidated basis to be discussed during the Earnings Call scheduled to be held today i.e. Tuesday February 03 2026 at 04:30 p.m.It may be noted that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. February 03 2026.
