Intimation Of Receipt Of Trading Approval From Stock Exchanges Pursuant To Regulation 30 Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform you that NSE and BSE both vide their letters dated 28/05/2025 having reference no. NSE/LIST/48601 and LOD/PREF/SV/443/2025-2026 respectively have granted trading approval for the trading of 6250000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.210/- per share allotted to promoters on a preferential basis pursuant to conversion of warrants.
