NR. Shyamal Cross Road Satellite Ahmedabad - 380015 has considered and approved the allotment of 494719229 Fully Paid-up Rights Equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 1/- per Rights Equity share to the eligible applicants. Subsequently Post allotment paid up capital of the Company stand increased to 1245043393.
