We enclose herewith the copies of the newspaper advertisement published by the Company in Business Standard and Makkal Kural newspapers today i.e January 29 2026 for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

We enclose herewith the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) including segment wise results for the quarter ended December 31 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.

We enclose herewith the contact details of the personnel authorized for the purpose of determining materiality of event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchange pursuant to Regulation 30 (5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
