L/SURV/ONL/PV/HK/2024-25/40 dated April 24 2024 seeking clarification on price movement of the Companys Security at your exchange in the recent past.We wish to inform you that there is no additional information and/or announcement in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 which in our opinion may have a bearing on the Price/Volume of the Companys Scrip as traded across exchanges.Further please note that the Companys management is in no way connected with any increase in price/volume of the companys scrip.Therefore whatever the increase in price/volume of the Companys scrip is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven.
