The company is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) Under the process Liquidation has been proposed at the COC meeting held on 31.12.2018.<BR> <BR> The COC at its follow up meeting on 21.1.2019 has accepted proposal of the Liquidator. The Resolution Professional is making necessary application before the Adjudicating Authority recommending Liquidation of the company.
