This is in furtherance to our letter no. ICL/DS/2025-26/110 dated 14.05.2025 and ICL/DS/2025-26/293 dated 14.08.2025 pursuant to regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Register and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Thursday September 18 2025 to Wednesday September 24 2025 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the members of the Company for the purpose of final dividend for the F.Y. 2024-25 (if declared at the ensuing AGM) and for the purpose of 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday September 24 2025.
