Initial public offering of 7,207,207 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (the Equity Shares) of EAAA India Alternatives Limited (the Company or Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.1665 per equity share (the Offer Price) aggregating to Rs.1200.00 Crores (the Offer) comprising an offer for sale of 7,207,207 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 aggregating to Rs.1200.00 Crores by Edelweiss Securities and Investments Private Limited (the Promoter Selling Shareholder, and such offer for sale, the Offer For Sale, and such equity shares, the Offered Shares). The offer constituted 11.15% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 1,665 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each.The floor price is 333 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 9 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each and in multiples of 9 equity shares thereafter.
