Initial public offering of 23,47,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Jayesh Logistics Limited (Jayesh or the Company or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.122 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 112 per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 28.63 crores (the Issue) of which 1,20,000 equity shares aggregating to 1.46 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 22,27,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 122 per equity share aggregating up to Rs. 27.17 (Net Issue). The issue and the net issue will constitute 27% and 25.62% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.Bid can be made for a minimum of 1000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares thereafter.Issue price: Rs. 122 per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each.The issue price is 12.2 times of the face value.

Objective of issue

Funding the expenditure towards purchase of side wall trailers. Funding the working capital requirements. Funding the implementation for phase 2 of Smart Logistics Application. General corporate purpose.
