Initial public offering of 16,298,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Shreeji Shipping Global Limited (the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 252/- per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 242/- per Equity Share) (Issue Price) aggregating Rs. 410.71 crores (the Issue). The issue shall constitute10.00% of the post issue paid up equity share capital.

Objective of issue

Acquisition of Dry bulk Carriers in Supramax category in the secondary market (Acquisition of Vessels). Pre-payment/re-payment, in part or full, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by our company. General corporate purposes.
