Thus Net public offer of 1,16,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price band of Rs. 17/- to 20/- each amounting to Rs. 19.72 crore at the minimum price band and Rs. 23.20 crore at the maximum price Band.The issue price of the equity shares for the public issue price is 1.7 times of the face value at lower end and 2 times of the face value at the higher end of the price band (the company shall determine the final price of public issue before filing the prospectus with ROC)
