With refence to the captioned subject and In-Principal approval received from NSE and BSE vide their letter dated 21 March 2025 We would like to inform you that due to unfavorable market conditions participants (Promoter & Non-Promoter) in the issue are not willing to subscribe to the share warrants.In the View of the above Company has decided to not make allotment of share warrant for which the In-principal approval was received from NSE and BSE.
