Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has, in its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, 6th May, 2025, inter alia considered and approved: The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025; Recommendation of dividend of 375% (Rs. 3.75 per share) which includes special dividend of 125% (Rs. 1.25 per share) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025. This is same as dividend paid for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024. A press release issued on the Audited Financial Results is also enclosed herewith.
