PRO & Associates Cost Accountant Firmas the cost auditors of the Company for conducting cost audit of FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24.The Brief profile of Auditor is attached herewith.The meeting of Board of Directors commenced on 2:00 P.M. and concluded on 2:40 P.M
