Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR 2015 we would like to inform you that Company has acquired industrial plot admeasuring 45964.92 sqm from GIDC located at plot no. 832 to 836 at Sanand II Industrial estate Ahmedabad Gujrat for an amount of Rs. 23.05 Crores which will be used for future expansion.
