Grant Of In-Principle Approval To Kfin Global Technologies (IFSC) Limited For Authorization Under IF

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the International Financial Services Centres Authority has vide its email reference no. eF.No. 621/ IFSCA/ ANCI/2022-23 dated March 06 2023 granted in-principle approval to KFin Global Technologies (IFSC) Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company for authorization under IFSCAs ancillary services framework in line with IFSCAs circular reference no. F. No. 206/IFSCA/Anc.Aux/2020-21 dated February 10 2021 read with circular reference no. F. No. 206/ IFSCA/ Anc.Aux/2020-21 dated June 10 2021.The in-principle approval is subject to the final authorization which will be issued by the IFSCA after submission of required documents along with fulfilment of other terms and conditions stated in the in-principle approval and payment of authorization fee as applicable at the time of issuance of the final authorization.
