Ideal Optics Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to the order dated January 07, 2013, passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in Company Application No. 384 of 2012, a meeting of Shareholders of the Company will be held on February 15, 2013, for the purpose of considering, and if though fit, approving, with or without modification, the compromise and/or arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Compromise and/or Arrangement between the Company and its Shareholders.
