This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution approved on June 19 2025 has allotted in aggregate 129700 (One Lakh Twenty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred only) equity shares with face value of INR. 1/- each to eligible optionees pursuant to exercise of options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 of the Company.
