The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Sep 17 2025 has approved for shifting of registered office of the Company from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Haryana and consequential alteration of the Registered Office Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders and appropriate statutory approvals.
