This is to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 24 2023 inter- alia had considered and approve the following Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30 2023; The above Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today. Limited Review Report on the aforesaid Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) duly issued by M/s. MGB & Co. LLP the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Approval of appointment of Ms. Sneha Lohogaonkar as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 24th July2023.
