Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board has approved the Fixation of Record date as August 07 2025 for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to receive dividend on equity shares for FY 2024-25 and cut-off date as August 19 2025 for determining the shareholders eligible to vote at the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or to attend the AGM.
