This is to inform you that the outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (The Board) held today i.e. on 29.07.2025 inter alia has been as follows:-1. The Board has considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) read with para A of part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations.2. The Board appreciated and took note of the recognition conferred on the company by ET Now as the Best Organisations to work in 2025.3. Master Trust Group is launching Mutual Fund AMC and the Board took note of the current status of application already filed with SEBI in this respect.
