Pursuant to Regulation 30 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulation) read with Schedule III and other applicable SEBI circulars as amended from time to time we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held today i.e. 05th August 2025 has considered and approved inter alia the following matters:Appointment of M/s. D A K & Associates Chartered Accountant as Internal Auditors of the company for the financial year 2025-26. The brief profile as per the requirement of Regulation 30 is attached as Annexure - II.
