Pursuant to Regulation 47 and 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith copies of the newspaper publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30 2025 published on November 15 2025 in Financial Express and Mumbai Lakshdeep.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Mr. Suraj Sunil Dhumale has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from December 12 2025.

Please find attached herewith Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30 2025 along with Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors.
