Pursuant to the Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today i.e. 14th August 2025 have approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon.
