MODISON METALS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/10/2018 inter alia to consider and approve As required by the Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday<BR> 29th October 2018 at 11.30 am for considering the following:-<BR> 1. To consider Unaudited financial results (Provisional) of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th September 2018.<BR> 2. To approve change in designation of Mr. Rakesh Singh from Chief Executive Officer and Whole time Director to Non executive Director w.e.f 01.11.2018.<BR> <BR> And pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 trading window shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company from 19th October2018 till 48hours after the results are communicated to the Stock Exchange.<BR> Kindly acknowledge receipt of the same.<BR>
