Mohit Paper Mills Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 28th May 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the audited standalone financial results for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March 2025 amongst other items mentioned in the agenda. In this connection as per the Companys Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for all Insiders with effect from 01st April 2025 and shall open after 48 hours of the declaration of the above referred financial results.
