To consider take on record & approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.The Trading Window for all the designated persons (including Directors and designated employees) and their immediate relatives has already been closed for dealing in shares of the Company from Thursday January 1 2026 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 which had already been intimated to the Stock Exchange vide our letter (REF: MFL/2025-26/132) dated December 24 2025.
