Pursuant to the code of conduct for regulating monitoring & reporting by insiders of the Company under SEBI( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its designated persons and thier immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1st July 2025 and will end 48 hours after announcement of financial results for the quarter ending 30th June 2025.The date of the Board Meeting in which results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
