Board Meeting Intimation for Raising Of Funds Through Issue Of Non-Convertible Debentures

NTPC Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/06/2025 inter alia to consider and approve issue of secured/ unsecured redeemable taxable/tax-free cumulative/non-cumulative non-convertible debentures (Bonds/NCDs) aggregating upto Rs.18000 Crore subject to approval of shareholders.
