Chettinad Cement Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2013, inter alia, have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 5/- per Equity Share, i.e. 50% on the Equity share capital of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2013.
