Kew Industries Ltd has informed BSE that, due to non completion of quorum of Board of Directors, the unaudited financial results (Provisional) for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 could not be finalized. Hence the meeting of Board of Directors of the company has been postponed for one week which will be re-scheduled on next Tuesday i.e. May 20, 2014.
