Trans Medicare Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company had passed Special Resolution approving the change in name of the Company from TRANS MEDICARE LIMITED to NEW HEAVEN CHEMICALS AND INDUSTRIES LIMITED the Company filed requisite e-form INC-24 for approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the same was APPROVED and new certificate of incorporation was received on May 29 2018.<BR><BR>With effect from May 292018 the name of the company has changed from TRANS MEDICARE LIMITED to ?NEW HEAVEN CHEMICALS AND INDUSTRIES LIMITED.
