This is to inform you that Hon. High Court at Bombay has passed an order for winding up of the company and an official liquidator attached to the said court has been appointed as Liquidator. <BR> <BR> Now the company has received an intimation from the official liquidator dated 20th February 2018 for preparation and submission of statement of affairs u/s 454 of The Companies Act 1956 in the matter of said company now under liquidation.<BR>
