This is with reference to The Postal Ballot Notice dated May 18 2023 whereby the company submitted the Postal Ballot Notice to the members seeking their approval for (i) Voluntary Delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.In this regard please note that M/s G Aakash & Associates Company Secretaries has submitted their Scrutinizer Report on Friday June 23 2023. In accordance with the said Report the members of the Company have approved the Special Resolution as embodied in the Postal Ballot Notice with requisite majority. The resolution embodied in the Postal Ballot Notice shall be deemed to be passed on Friday June 23 2023.The details of the voting results of Postal Ballot pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and the Scrutinizers Report are enclosed herewith as Annexure I and Annexure II.Kindly take the same on record.
