Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform that Ms. Nikita Kanhiyalal Pediwal Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company vide her letter dated 24th December 2024 to pursue better career opportunities outside organization and she will be relieved from her services from the Company with effect from 01st January 2025.

We are hereby submitting herewith the following documents in respect of compliances under regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for the Half-year ended on September 30 2024: 1. Outcome of the Board Meeting held today i.e. Monday November 11 2024 at 03: 00 PM at registered office of the Company. 2.
