Parabolic Drugs Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2021 inter alia to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended on 31st December 2020 .<BR> <BR> Pursuant to the letter addressed to your good office on 19th January 2021 and 22nd January 2021 whereby your good self was intimated regarding the approval of resolution plan by Honble National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench and as per approved plan Company shall stand delisted from the Stock Exchanges from date of passing order and as per letter dated 25.01.2021 intimated to Stock Exchange Company had decided to set Friday 29th January 2021 as the Record Date for suspension of the Trading of all the Units/scrips from the Stock Exchange; further Stock Exchange had decided to set 28th January 2021 as effective date for suspension of trading of Units/Scrips.
