Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulatins 2015 this is to inform you that CS Vismay Makwana vide his letter Dtd.01/03/2025 has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f closing of business hours of 01/03/2025.The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance with above regulation.Please refere Ann.1 as requred under Reg.30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for resignation of Company Secretary.
