Pursuant to Reg.30 (2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (LODR) & in accordance with the requirements of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) we wish to inform you regarding the outcome of the 18th Stakeholders Consultation Committee (SCC) of Punj Lloyd Ltd. held on February 17 2025.The Liqudator (LQ) of the Company appraised the SCC members regarding the developments which have taken place in the ongoing sale process involved in the Liquidation of the Company on going concern basis & sale of other assets of the Company. Thereafter the LQ of the Company discussed the way forward to complete the above said process.
