Rajshree Polypack Limited has informed the Exchange about Agreements, , pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regula-tions, 2015, we wish to inform you that we have entered into a Lease agreement with Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) for 90 years to set up new manufacturing unit in Odisha for manufacturing of primary food packaging containers and other related products.
