Ramco Systems Announcement

With reference to our letter dated December 29 2025 and considering the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Wednesday January 28 2026 in view of this the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall remain closed till the end of January 30 2026.

Ramco Systems Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR) we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday January 28 2026 at Chennai to consider and approve amongst others the Un-audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter & nine months ended December 31 2025. With reference to our letter dated December 29 2025 and considering the above the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall remain closed till the end of January 30 2026.

Certificate under Regulation 75(5) of SEBI(DP) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
